Adam Longshaw - Director Strategy & Planning

Recognised as an industry expert in both insurance and service delivery, Adam is seen as an expert in developing unique funding models and approaches aimed to ensure we continue to deliver quality care in an affordable manner.

With over 25 years' experience working in health, Adam brings a unique perspective to solving everyday health challenges. With deep experience across both the private and public markets both within Australia and Internationally, he is able to adapt and apply different solutions to a variety of markets, his experience includes:

  • 20 years' experience in health purchasing, funding models and contracting
  • M&A and stand-alone entity management
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Risk management framework and cost control
  • Operational management
  • Director and board experience
  • Governance and Regulatory compliance

    • Over the last 15 years Adam has held senior executive roles at Bupa both in Australia and internationally. More recently as Bupa's Global HealthCare Management Director he was responsible for over £6bn of claims spend across markets in the UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Australia.

    As an industry expert in funding solutions Adam was also appointed to the National Advisory Council for Dental Health, a direct appointment by The Prime Minister of Australia reporting through to the Federal Minister for Health & Ageing.

    Katerina Panova - Founding Director WCJ Consulting

    Katerina has over 20 years' experience in data management, data analytics, modelling, forecasting and health network design.

    With a proven history in creating cost effective solutions which enhance the customer experience whilst remaining both cost effective and sustainable, Katerina brings innovative and creative thinking to everyday problems.

    Over recent years Katerina has worked with various product teams to create both new services and funding solutions within a community rated environment. Her ability to forecast future costs has enable detailed strategic planning to occur across forward years aiding to help better predict business performance.
